Job Title: Professional Masseuse

Employment Type: 2 years Contract
Salary Range: 500 -600 Euros

Position Summary:

Our clients are currently looking for professional Masseuses to work in leading hotels, resorts, and wellness centers across Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves providing high-quality massage and spa treatments to promote relaxation, wellness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology etc.) as per guest needs.

• Consulting with guests to understand their preferences, concerns and health conditions before treatments.

• Maintaining a clean, organized and serene treatment environment.

• Using oils, lotions and spa equipment safely and hygienically.

• Promoting spa services and products to guests.

• Following hotel/spa protocols to ensure a consistent guest experience.

• Observing health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Recording treatment details and updating client profiles.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or related field.

• Atleast one year of proven experience as a Masseuse/Therapist, preferably in hotels, spas or wellness centers.

• Knowledge of different massage techniques and relaxation therapies.

• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation in spa operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Professional, polite and well-groomed appearance.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Age: 22–40 years (preferred).

• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

Required Documents:

• Updated CV/Resume.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Relevant supporting Certificates (training/professional).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.

• Reference/Recommendation letters (preferred).
