Position Summary:

Our clients are currently seeking qualified electricians to join leading hotels, resorts, and establishments in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, inspecting, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, lighting, and equipment.

• Performing preventive maintenance on electrical systems and ensuring compliance with safety codes.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and system failures.

• Responding promptly to repair requests from guests or management.

• Ensuring safe operation of electrical panels, switches, and control systems.

• Maintaining records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

• Coordinating with other technical and maintenance staff for smooth operations.

• Monitoring energy usage and assisting in energy-saving initiatives.

• Ensuring compliance with local electrical and safety regulations.

• Maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related field.

• At least1 year of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels, construction, or maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with safety codes, standards, and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.

• Age: 22–45 years (preferred).

• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Relevant supporting certificates (training/professional).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent passport-size photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.

• Reference/recommendation letters (preferred).
