Location: Serbia & Montenegro
Employment Type: 2 years Contract
Salary Range: 500- 600 Euros

Position Summary:

Our clients are currently seeking Caregivers to provide professional support and assistance in homes, hospitals, and care facilities across Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves caring for elderly persons, patients, or individuals with special needs while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Supporting clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.

• Providing companionship, emotional support, and social interaction.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health, behavior, or needs.

• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Helping clients with physical therapy exercises or mobility aids as instructed.

• Ensuring the dignity, privacy, and respect of clients at all times.

• Responding to emergencies and following care plans as directed.

• Coordinating with healthcare professionals, families, and supervisors on client needs.

• Promoting independence and improving the quality of life for clients.

Application Requirements :

• Certificate or training in Caregiving, Nursing Assistant or related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Caregiver, Nurse Aide, or similar role.

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful personality.

• Knowledge of basic health and hygiene practices.

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or supporting clients.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Age: 22–45 years (preferred).

• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

Required Documents:

• Updated CV/Resume.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Copies of training or caregiving certificates (if available).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Recommendation/Reference letters (if any).

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate (preferred).
