Salary Range: 500 – 550 Euros (Net)

Position Summary:

Our clients are currently seeking experienced Butchers to join reputable hotels, restaurants, and food service establishments in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves preparing, cutting, and presenting meat products to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, trimming, deboning and preparing meat products according to hotel/restaurant standards.
• Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat cuts for storage or service.
• Ensuring proper storage and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Sharpening and maintaining knives, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to supervisors.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff by supplying required meat cuts promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the butchery section.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations in handling meat and equipment.

Application Requirements :

• Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Butchery, or Training (preferred).
• Atleast 1 year proven experience as a Butcher in Butcheries, hotels, restaurants or supermarkets.
• Strong knowledge of meat types, cuts and preparation methods.
• Understanding of hygiene standards and food safety regulations (HACCP knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to use knives, grinders, saws and cutting tools safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in cold storage environments.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Age: 22–45 years (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.
