Salary Range: 500 – 700 Euros

Position Summary:

Our clients are currently seeking skilled Bakers to join leading hotels, restaurants, and pastry shops in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality bread, pastries, and baked goods to meet guest satisfaction and international hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing dough, batters, and fillings for bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.

• Baking, decorating, and presenting bakery items according to recipes and hotel/restaurant standards.

• Monitoring oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality.

• Ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.

• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.

• Managing bakery inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.

• Assisting in creating new recipes and seasonal bakery items.

• Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff for timely service.

• Adhering to portion and quality control guidelines

Application Requirements :

• Certificate/diploma in Baking, Pastry, or Culinary Arts (preferred).

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Baker in hotels, restaurants, or bakeries.

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

• Creativity in designing and decorating bakery products.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Team player with excellent attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Age: 22–45 years (preferred).

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

• Updated CV/Resume.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Relevant supporting certificates (training/professional).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.

• Reference/Recommendation letters (preferred).
