Location: Serbia & Montenegro
Employment Type: 2 years Contract
Salary Range: 600- 800 Euros

Position Summary:

Our clients are currently seeking Nursing Assistants to join reputable hospitals, clinics and care facilities in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves supporting nurses and doctors by assisting patients with daily care needs, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

• Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).

• Supporting nurses and doctors during medical procedures.

• Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting changes to medical staff.

• Providing basic patient care such as bed making, repositioning, and personal hygiene assistance.

• Assisting with patient mobility, transfers, and the use of wheelchairs or walkers.

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and medical equipment.

• Maintaining accurate patient care records as directed.

• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Following infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.

Application Requirements :

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing Assistant, Caregiving, or related health field.

• Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience as a Nursing Assistant or Caregiver.

• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medical terminology.

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting and repositioning patients.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Age: 22–45 years (preferred).

• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.

Required Documents:

• Updated CV/Resume.

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Copies of Nursing Assistant or Caregiving Certificates.

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.

• Reference/Recommendation letters (preferred).
