Position Summary:
Our clients are currently seeking Laundry Attendants to join leading hotels and resorts in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves handling hotel laundry operations to ensure guests and staff receive clean, fresh, and well-presented linens, uniforms, and garments.
Key Responsibilities:

Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Operating laundry machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.

Treating stains and ensuring proper care of fabrics according to washing instructions.

Ensuring all laundry items are cleaned and delivered on time.

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry room and equipment.

Recording laundry loads, chemicals used, and maintenance needs.

Reporting damaged or missing items to supervisors.

Assisting with inventory control of linens and laundry supplies.

Following health, hygiene, and safety standards in laundry operations.

Providing courteous assistance to guests regarding laundry requests.
Application Requirements :

At least KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.

At least 1 year of proven experience in laundry operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.

Knowledge of laundry chemicals, stain removal techniques, and fabric care.

Ability to operate laundry machines and equipment properly.

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Age: 22–45 years (preferred).

Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia or Montenegro.
