Position Summary:

Our client is currently seeking Bell Boys to join their hotels in Montenegro. The role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information and ensuring a warm, welcoming and professional first impression at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

• Assisting guests with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.

• Escorting guests to rooms and explaining hotel facilities and amenities.

• Ensuring the lobby and entrance areas remain tidy and welcoming.

• Coordinating with the front desk to meet guest requests promptly.

• Assisting in arranging transportation and guiding guests when needed.

• Delivering packages, messages, and other guest items efficiently.

• Responding to guest inquiries courteously and professionally.

• Supporting other departments when required to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate Hospitality or equivalent Training in Hospitality.
• Atleast of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Basic knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Age: 20–35 years (preferred).

• Copy of KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).

• Valid Passport (with at least 2 years validity).

• Recent Passport-size Photographs.

• Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.
