Job Title: Hotel Technicians
Location: Serbia & Montenegro
Employment Type: 2 years Contract
Salary Range: 700 – 900 Euros (Net)

Position Summary:

Our client is currently seeking skilled Hotel Technicians to join hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. The role involves ensuring smooth hotel operations by maintaining, repairing and servicing all technical systems and equipment to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Performing regular maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the hotel.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and implementing preventative maintenance solutions.
• Responding promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and repairing hotel equipment, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
• Monitoring and maintaining safety standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting in the setup, installation, and testing of technical equipment and systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
• Ensuring all tools, machinery, and technical areas are kept in good working order and safe condition.
• Supporting energy-saving and sustainability initiatives through efficient use of resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Proven experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Documents:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Proven maintenance or technical experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Valid Travel Passport
