Job Summary:
Our client is in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keepers to manage daily operations in their storage facilities. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the general organization of the site, managing inventories and keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensuring materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels and prepare purchase orders as needed.
- Recording and maintaining inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performing physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinating the logistics of storage management, including the placement and retrieval of items.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Handling and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials in compliance with current regulations.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
- Assisting in the training of new staff and provide ongoing guidance to all warehouse personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
